Bulgaria was almost off scene for Europe, but this has changed already and the development of the area will accelerate all the time now. At the beginning of this year Bulgaria has joined the EU and new business will establish faster than ever. There is almost no doubt that investment will pay back fast in this regions. Our activities are concentrated along the border of the Black Sea from Varna down to Burgas. Bulgaria is not (yet) an area with the most famous beaches of the world and it might be somewhat difficult to find top class luxurious hotels. But probably exactly this could be the reason for the very attractive conditions people meet when they are interested to invest in a glorious future. In a couple of years Bulgaria will join the EU and this will create a massive rush both in development and investment. Why should we not profit of the very liberal conditions to realize all kind of commercial building as well as private properties being crated all along the famous coast of the Black Sea.
