As mentioned before, Spain has lost some of its original attraction for investment in private and commercial projects, but there is still a booming edge in the tourist branch offering good chances in the middle to long term scale.
That is exactly the aspect we concentrate our efforts together with our Spanish partners. The activities concentrate to the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain and the Costa Bianca along the coast line from the French border down to the area of Valencia.
The fast moving market as well as the conditions partly applied by the owners do not make great sense to publish the projects in detail and are the reason that we concentrate on well selected and interesting projects offering a high potential of attraction.
